By visiting our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Who can use our website

• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.
• Please give accurate information and tell us if your details change.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse or in breach of these terms.

4. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Colors and packaging in photos may look slightly different on your screen or from time to time as we update our packs.

Cleaning results depend on the surface, the type and age of the stain and how the product is used. We cannot promise the same result on every surface or stain.

5. Safe use of products

• Read the label and follow the instructions and precautions printed on the bottle.
• Test the product on a small, hidden area before full use, especially on marble, stone, coated or delicate surfaces.
• Do not mix our products with other cleaning products or chemicals.
• Use in a ventilated area and avoid contact with eyes. Rinse well with water if the product touches skin or eyes, and seek medical advice if irritation continues.
• Our cleaning products are not for eating or drinking. Keep all products out of reach of children and store them tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
• Rinse and dry thoroughly any item that you use for food or drink after cleaning it.

6. Pricing and availability

All prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR). Prices, offers and discounts can change without notice, and a product may sell out.

If we find a pricing or listing error, or a product is out of stock, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount you have already paid.

7. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only when we accept it, and we may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock, suspected fraud or a pricing error.

Online payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store your full card, UPI or net banking details on our servers.

8. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times we show are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can happen because of courier issues, weather, strikes or other events outside our control.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct, because we cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by wrong details.

9. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Shinelay name, logo, product images, text and design on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use

• Do not use the website for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Do not try to break into, disrupt or overload the website or its systems.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or copy our content without permission.
• Do not post false, harmful or misleading information through our forms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Shinelay is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage that results from using a product against its label, on an unsuitable surface or without testing as advised.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited, including your rights as a consumer.

Our website may link to other websites, such as marketplaces or social media pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.
